Doors that run all day
High-Cycle Springs for Doors With a Heavy Workday
A cycle is one full trip up and back down. The standard spring on most doors is built for roughly ten thousand of them. A home door may see two cycles a day and reach that number in well over a decade. A shop, feed store or loading bay that opens forty times a day reaches it in a matter of months.
High-cycle springs use heavier wire, longer coils or a larger diameter, so each turn works less hard and the set lasts several times longer. They may need a bigger drum or a little more headroom, and they cost more up front. We work out the daily count with you, then compare the spring options against how long you want between replacements.

Unsure Which Service Applies?
A door type, a size and a change in behavior are enough for a first answer. The phone conversation can sort out the rest.
